Terms and Conditions of Holiday Apartment Rentals in Corralejo, Fuerteventura

Prior to booking our holiday apartment, please read the terms and conditions cited below.


Terms and Conditions

1.  Booking
Bookings may be made by email using the online booking system. A deposit of half the cost of the booking is required. Your booking will only be confirmed only once your payment has been recieved either by bank transfer to our account or bank draft. Please note we do no accept cash or cheque. If your booking is made 6 weeks prior to departrure payment must be made in full. You will recieve an email confirming your booking.

2.  Cancellations / Modifications
Your booking deposit is non refundable if your booking is cancelled less that 6 weeks from departure.

3.  Check in/Check out
Check in & out is 2pm, where possible we will try to be flexible with the times but if another client is due on your departure day we ask you respect this & depart the apartment on time.

4.  Damage to hotel property/loss of keys
Charges will be incurred for damage to our property or for loss of keys. We must advise that we have a management company who will help you out in a emergency situation but call out & service charges will be incurred. The apartment is non smoking & a charge for fumigation will be incurred if needed.
