Rates

To rent our apartment in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, weekly rates are from 220 euros per week. A mandatory returnable deposit is required when making a reservation. The deposit is returned after your stay if the apartment is left in the same condition as you found it. A refundable deposit of €50 is required to cover damages and spillages and €110 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the apartment for your stay. The €50 refundable deposit will be returned after guests have returned the keys.

Please note that the apartment is strictly non smoking and no pets are allowed.

Should guests smoke in the property a fee will be incurred to fumigate the apartment.

The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival at Residencial Las Dunas. Guests can use the equipped gym and tennis courts in the complex but please note that these facilities are used at users own risk & the owner takes no liability for accident or injury whilst using the equipment.

Clients need to ensure that they have sufficient holiday / travel insurance before departing for their holiday as we the owners do not accept liablity for accident,loss or damage during your stay.
